Upon confirmation of payment your item will be processed for shipment within 2 business days. A tracking code will be issued to the email you registered with. For international tracked shipments, expect a 12-21 business day delivery time, after processing. Our shop will not be held responsible for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order 60 days from the date you placed your order, we will refund you fully. If more than 21 days have passed please email us to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
